Suria KLCC

Directly integrated into the base of the Petronas Twin Towers, Suria KLCC is a six-level retail complex spanning approximately 140,000 square metres of lettable area. Anchored by Isetan, Parkson, and a curated selection of luxury brands including Louis Vuitton, Gucci, and Tiffany & Co., the mall attracts over 40 million visitors annually. The retail mix balances international luxury with Malaysian heritage brands, and the food court levels showcase authentic regional cuisines from across Southeast Asia. Suria KLCC's architectural design integrates seamlessly with the tower lobbies, providing covered pedestrian connectivity to the adjacent convention centre and hotel precinct.

PETRONAS Corporate Headquarters

Tower 1 serves as the global headquarters of Petroliam Nasional Berhad (PETRONAS), Malaysia's national petroleum corporation and the project's anchor tenant. PETRONAS occupies approximately 60% of Tower 1's 218,000 square metres of office space, with the remainder leased to affiliated entities and selected corporate tenants. Tower 2 houses a diverse tenant roster including international technology firms, financial institutions, and professional services companies, with Bloomberg, Accenture, and Al Jazeera among notable occupants. Combined, the towers provide approximately 395,000 square metres of Grade A office accommodation.

KLCC Park

Designed by renowned Brazilian landscape architect Roberto Burle Marx in one of his final commissions, KLCC Park is a 50-acre urban green space at the base of the towers. The park features a 1.3-hectare man-made lake with a choreographed fountain display, a children's playground, jogging tracks, and a wading pool. Native tropical species including Meranti, Tembusu, and various palm varieties create a lush canopy that provides respite from the equatorial heat. The park's design philosophy emphasised creating a "tropical forest in the city" that would mature over decades, and after 25 years, the original plantings have indeed created a genuine urban rainforest experience.

Hotel & Hospitality

The KLCC precinct includes two five-star hotels directly connected to the towers and park: the Mandarin Oriental Kuala Lumpur (602 rooms) and the Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur (412 rooms). Both properties were integral to the original master plan, providing international-standard hospitality to support the precinct's role as a business and convention destination. The Mandarin Oriental occupies a dedicated crescent-shaped building adjacent to the park, while the Grand Hyatt is integrated into the eastern retail and entertainment podium. Combined, the two hotels employ approximately 2,500 staff and host major international business events, diplomatic functions, and cultural celebrations.

Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre

Located within the KLCC precinct, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre (KLCC Convention Centre) provides 23,000 square metres of flexible event space including a 3,000-seat plenary hall, a grand ballroom, and 20 modular meeting rooms. Since opening in 2005, the centre has hosted over 10,000 events including international summits, trade exhibitions, and academic conferences. The facility was designed by Cox Architecture and Hijjas Kasturi Associates to complement the towers' aesthetic language while providing purpose-built infrastructure for large-scale international gatherings.

Dining & Entertainment

Beyond the Suria KLCC food court, the precinct offers over 80 dining establishments ranging from fine dining at Nobu Kuala Lumpur and Marini's on 57 (located on the 57th floor of Tower 3, Menara 3 PETRONAS) to casual dining options overlooking KLCC Park. The precinct also includes Petrosains, an interactive science discovery centre operated by PETRONAS spanning 7,000 square metres across two levels of Suria KLCC. Dewan Filharmonik Petronas, a 920-seat concert hall with world-class acoustics located at the base of the towers, hosts the Malaysian Philharmonic Orchestra and touring international ensembles.
